The issue of voluntary or forced migration is now a real problem in all the world's urban centers in general, and in developing countries in particular. Indeed, medico-social assistance for people in crisis situations in general, and CAR returnees in particular, has become a local and even national challenge that the country must take up. This could make it possible to prevent, in an acceptable way, the socio-sanitary risks linked to poor management of these people in a crisis situation.
