El autor trabaja actualmente como profesor del Departamento de Periodoncia en la Escuela Nacional de Odontología y el Hospital Dera Bassi. Tiene en su haber unas 21 publicaciones internacionales y nacionales. Forma parte del consejo editorial del "Indian Journal of Oral Sciences". En la actualidad participa activamente en la enseñanza de posgrado.
