Innovation is the driving force of national development and is the key to building an innovative enterprise. Agricultural innovation is to find different resources that improve the farmer's life by increasing productivity. The concept of lifelong education, which refers to the notion that everything can be an opportunity to learn and develop the individual's capabilities, fits synergistically with innovation and necessarily presupposes it. The current challenges constituted by globalization, the information society and scientific-technological innovation have questioned the foundations of traditional training systems, forcing them to reform and redefine their objectives, functions and instruments of intervention. Faithful to the principle of innovation, the issue of improving curricula and programs of study in technical-vocational training is a recurrent concern of pedagogues and researchers.
