This book is divided into two essential subjects, each of them is complementary to the other. The first subject is (Iqbal's position on the westernization), and the second is (Iqbal's position on the renewal of religious thinking in Islam). First, we address his position on the westernization, which is the imitation of the Franks in his culture and civilization. The movement of westernization means the refinement and education of the Eastern Countries on the western material approach, free of the spirit of religion. Then we address his position on the (Reconstruction of religious thought in Islam as a religion and a state. Islam is a living and immortal religion, and an inclusive and comprehensive system of human life in the opinion of Muhammad Iqbal. Life is a movement, the living religion requires a movement that must be renewed continuously i.e. Islam is a religion of renewing the movement. Movement of religion must be renewed every moment to survive, as the blood in the developing living body is renewed. We therefore see that the movements of renewal is related to the religious affairs, as well as to worldly human life.
