Ahmad Reza Taheri es profesor adjunto del Departamento de Ciencias Políticas de la Subdivisión de Zahedan de la Universidad Islámica de Azad (Irán). Tiene un doctorado del Departamento de Política y Administración Pública de la Universidad de Pune (India), así como estudios de posdoctorado en Ciencias Políticas con especialización en los estudios baluches iraníes.
