W. A. Rivera is the Senior Enterprise Architect and Strategic Designer for CSS-LUCAS, a computational security studies and digital transformation company. Dr. Rivera has worked with Special Operations Forces to develop Publicly Available Information/Open-Source Intelligence software that nests social network analysis and natural language processing techniques in Strategic Culture and Strategic Influence theory and practice.
