The book provides different perspectives that prevailed during the covered period on Iraqi petroleum issues: my own, other Iraqis, international views and statistics; it was structured according to these perspectives respectively in its four parts. Hence, the book is premised on "evidence-based research" that was thoroughly done, mostly during 2010 but also covers earlier years.
