This Volume 2 of the book follows same methodology and structure of volume one of the book, which was published in 2021, and thus provides different perspectives that prevailed during 2011 on Iraqi petroleum issues. Perspectives include my own, other Iraqis and international experts and commentators and data and statistics. The current volume is also structured according to these perspectives in its four parts.
