Dr. Abdulrazzaq R.Ahmed was graduated from the University of Baghdad in 2001 from college of Political Science.In 2005 he finished his M.A in International Studies.He did his PH.D degree in Philosophy at Ankara Y¿ld¿r¿m Beyaz¿t University Institute of Social Science in 2017.
