After retiring, Cathy H. Paris discovered a passion for genealogy. Since 1999, Cathy has been researching and writing about the history of her family and the history of her husband's family. The original version of Greek Like Me was published in 2011. Other books by the author include Pioneers of Vanderveer Park (2018), Irish Like Me: Seasoned in New Hampshire (2021), and Irish Like Me: A Brooklyn Tree (2022).
