In this way, this short study seeks to situate some historical-philosophical positions on justice, without neglecting the anthropological reality of various social groups. It is important to emphasise that the historical path of the concept of justice will meet with the thought of an American philosopher called Michael Sandel, who will guide the conclusion of this text.

Renan Brito Silva was born in Itamogi, Minas Gerais and completed his bachelor's degree in Philosophy at the Catholic Faculty of Pouso Alegre in 2018. His area of research is contemporary philosophy in the areas of politics, ethics-genetics and its technologies, with an emphasis on Communitarianism.
