Robert T. Jordan is an award-winning writer, photographer, artist, and broadcaster. He is the founding president of the Beirut Veterans of America and a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Marine Corps League, the Vietnam Veterans of America, and the U. S. Marine Corps Combat Correspondents Assn. Jordan is a former editor of Homeland Defense Journal, and he has written for Flying Tiger magazine, Leatherneck magazine, the Marine Corps Gazette, Sea Power magazine, TechTrends, International, Police Magazine, World Market Perspective, Defense Electronics, Defense World, Homeland Defense Journal, and various newspapers. Don Philpott has been writing and reporting on security, civil unrest, and terrorism for almost 40 years. He was a senior correspondent with Reuters-Press Association, reporting on major events and trouble spots, including Northern Ireland, Lebanon, Israel, South Africa, and the Far East. He is now senior correspondent with Homeland Defense Journal, and he writes for magazines and newspapers in the United States and Europe. He is the author of more than 50 books, including The Wounded Warrior Handbook (Government Institutes, 2008) and The Workplace Violence Prevention Handbook (Government Institutes, 2009).
