This research addresses Development Education as a substantial element to be taken into account in the training of people during the Early Childhood Education stage. The main objective is to analyze the presence of DE in the educational system of the 21st century. To achieve this, research has been carried out based on qualitative methodology by means of interviews and subsequent analysis through the categorization of the results. Consequently, it is concluded that, despite being aware of the multitude of inequalities that continue to exist in our society, we still have a long way to go to achieve an adequate social transformation that begins in the classroom.
