Munqith Dagher is the former special adviser to the Iraq Prime Minister and the CEO and founder of the Independent Institute of Administration and Civil Society Studies (IIACSS). Karl Kaltenthaler is Professor of Political Science and Director of the Center for Intelligence and Security Studies at the University of Akron. Michele Gelfand is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Professor of Psychology at Stanford University. Arie W.
