The study tries to find out how these interactions came about on the enskinment of the Ya-Na in Dagbon.

Abdul Aziz Shamhuna was born in Tamale, Northern Region, Ghana. Attended Primary,Junior Secondary, Secondary School and Teacher Training College in Northern Region, Ghana. Graduated from Islamic University College, proceeded to University of Ghana where he obtained Master of Philosophy in Religions. A Lecturer at Islamic University College, Ghana.
