JEFFREY AYALA MILLIGAN is Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, Florida State University, USA. He is the author of Teaching at the Crossroads of Faith and School: The Teacher as Prophetic Pragmatista and more than twenty scholarly journal articles. He is the recipient of a Fulbright Senior Fellowship and a National Academy of Education Spencer Postdoctoral Fellowship, both for research on ethno-religious conflict in the southern Philippines.
