The study was on the effects of the adoption of International Standards Organization, (ISO) quality Standards on the operational efficiency of public Technical Training Colleges in Kenya. It was done in Siaya Institute of Technology. The objectives of the study were to determine the effects of quality standards on the operational efficiency of Siaya Institute of Technology, to establish the effects of continuous training on the operational efficiency of Siaya Institute of Technology; to find out the effect of SOPS on the operational efficiency of Siaya Institute of Technology and to determine the effects of Supervision on the operational efficiency of Siaya Institute of Technology. The study will be important to Siaya Institute of Technology and other service providers. The finding can be used in the improvement of quality and the introduction of continuous improvement in Siaya Institute of Technology. The producers in service industries will be enlightened to better ways of ensuring quality returns are high. Within the realms of academia, the study will be a source of unpublished information regarding the existing state affairs regarding processes in Siaya Institute of Technology.
