Isolation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from healthy carrier and environment is significant only when there is risk of transfer to compromised patient through hand or nurses. The percentage of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in pus was closest to those observed by most of other researchers. All strains were glucose negative, urea negative.
