Dottore in Scienze agrarie.Nato nel 1977 nella regione di Jizzak della Repubblica dell'Uzbekistan.Nel 1998 si è laureato presso l'Istituto agrario di Samarcanda con la specializzazione di "scienziato-agronomo". È autore di brevetti, 5 monografie e oltre 100 articoli scientifici.
