The book highlights each of the aforesaid issues in detail, after which it analyses the key surrounding issues under the ambit of those issues, highlights the stances and role of countries and International Organizations, and then provides comprehensive solutions for the same.

The author is a student of B.A. LLB (Hons.) at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. He has over 20 publications in Indian and international legal journals. He takes interest in writing on issues of social and political importance, and aims to specialize in the field of International Relations.
