"Historical Expertise" is a professional journal of the Russian historical community in Russia and abroad. The first issue was published in 2014. Since 2015 four issues have been published annually. "Historical Expertise" is a professional journal of the Russian historical community in Russia and abroad. The first issue was published in 2014. Since 2015 four issues have been published annually.
