Judith Sedgeman takes us on a psychological journey from innocent childhood delight at the discovery of thought, through the ways we unintentionally create insecurity and distress as we grow up, through the anxiety and stress of teenage years and the intensity of testing our knowledge and falling into the habit of "figuring everything out" to push ourselves to meet expectations in adulthood. And then she takes us through the astonishment of discovering the Three Principles of Mind, Thought and Consciousness, an explanation of how we create our experience of life from the inside-out that is spreading rapidly now across the globe. Her experiences as one of the pioneers bringing this new understanding to the world reveal the challenges of overturning an existing paradigm, and the deep commitment that generation felt as they realized they were sharing a secret that would set people free from the prison of their own thoughts and point them to their wisdom, insight and common sense. The book shows how people's perspective can change from thought to thought, and how the power to reconnect to our spiritual strength to live from love and understanding is never lost, only sometimes obscured. Through compelling anecdotes that span seven decades of inner adventure, she leads us to see that the possibility for the future of mankind at peace, in harmony, is innate to us all, if we just discover it.Hinweis: Dieser Artikel kann nur an eine deutsche Lieferadresse ausgeliefert werden.
Judith A. Sedgeman, EdD, has been a Mental Health Educator grounded in Innate Health (the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought) for nearly 40 years. Before she discovered the Principles, she had been a college teacher of English, a prize-winning newspaper reporter and editor, and an entrepreneur who started and served as CEO of a Medical Practice Management business. She is a graduate of Wellesley College, Wellesley, MA, (BA), Trinity College, Hartford, CT (MA) and West Virginia University (EdD). Judy was born in New Haven, Connecticut and grew up in Washington, D.C. As an Air Force wife, she was stationed in Biloxi, MI and on Okinawa, where she taught college and high school. She lived in Bradenton, FL for nearly 20 years, where she had a career as a newspaper reporter and editor, and then an entrepreneur. She stumbled into the work of her life and her heart when one of the doctors who became a client of her Medical Practice Management business introduced her to the understanding that no one is broken, that all people are born with the innate capacity for peace of mind and joy but for their innocent misunderstanding of the spiritual power of thought. That became the focus for the rest of her professional life. After she joined the pioneering group of people who brought that new understanding to the world, she traveled extensively, moved often, worked with diverse clients and organizations all over the world, served on the faculty of a medical school and found unconditional happiness.
