Mr. Ashok Kumar(Ph.D. Research Scholar, UGC-NET(Tourism Management), MBA in Human Resource Management, MTM,) is Senior Lecturer in Institute of Hotel Management, Shillong. He is having more than 19 years of Experience in teaching and Hospitality Industry. He has published around 45 research publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals and books.
