Dr. Abdul Jalil erwarb seinen M.Phil., PGDM und Ph.D. in Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Savitribai Phule Pune University, Indien. Er verfügt über mehr als 12 Jahre IT- und BPM-Erfahrung und rund 4 Jahre akademische Erfahrung an verschiedenen Hochschulen und Institutionen in der Stadt Pune. Er ist Autor zahlreicher Forschungsartikel, die in renommierten Fachzeitschriften und Konferenzberichten veröffentlicht wurden.
