There follows a section devoted to a number of challenges for international and European law raised by the ongoing migratory crisis as well as timely contributions on the legal regime governing wrecks of warships and other State-owned ships in the light of the 2015 resolution of the Institut de droit international . Among other topics it contains overviews of the 2015 activities of the ICJ, the ITLOS and other law of the sea jurisdictions, international and mixed criminal courts and tribunals, the WTO, and ICSID.
