Clifford, Cliff, Atkinson started life in the small coal mining village of Ferryhill in the north east of England. The book details the many facets of his life including his childhood. A working life which begins as a mathematics school teacher, then advertising executive, media researcher, rock concert promoter, television producer/director, record company proprietor, international sports administrator, stockbroker and financial advisor on infrastructure projects in developing countries around the world. He has played football, at many levels and continues to do so even at 73 years old for North Sydney United's over 45's where he carries the nickname Dead Man Walking since his severe heart attack 20 years ago and the recent installation of a heart pacemaker. Still active and working at the age of 73 as CEO of Phoenix Green Capital travelling the world on business. His attitude on life is that it is there to be lived and all the world is there to be seen.
