PATRICK L. KUNZ is a husband, father, leadership mentor, and former president of Halff Associates, a leading engineering and architecture firm based in the Dallas, Texas area. Pat is a 1979 civil engineering graduate of Texas A&M. Over his 40 - year career at Halff Associates, the company experienced substantial growth, expanding from 40 to 1000-plus people. The company also expanded its presence from one office in Dallas to 23 offices in five states. During Pat's leadership tenure, the firm was recognized as one of the "best firms to work for" by Zweig Group, the Dallas Morning News, and the Austin American Statesman. It was also recognized by the Southern Methodist University (SMU) Cox School of Business as one of the 100 fastest-growing firms in the Dallas region for multiple years, and by the Dallas Business Journal as a fastest-growing Middle Market 50 company. Pat currently lives in Texas.
