Elyse is a devoted, full-time, single mother. She lives in the western suburbs of Sydney, Australia, with her two young children and their chihuahua "Blue". It's Bedtime started as a way to comfort her own children as part of their nightly routine. Prior to becoming a mum, Elyse went through some radical life and career changes, which has led her to where she is today.
