Olivier-Jeff KALALA TSHAMALA was born in Lubumbashi on October 15, 1961. Since 2020, he has been Secretary-General of the Union des Écrivains Congolais (UECO). He is a literary critic and writer. In addition to this training, he has a mastery of IT tools and microfinance management.
