Chuli¿eva Vasila Erkinovna nasceu em 1986 na região de Navoi.Em 2019, ela defendeu com sucesso sua tese de doutorado sobre "Os valores espirituais e morais na visão filosófica de Jalal ad-Din Rumi".Atualmente Vasila Chulieva está trabalhando como professora associada no Departamento de Ciências Sociais do Instituto Pedagógico do Estado de Navoi.
