Autorenporträt
Kathryn Harrod Mason [1906-1965] was born in Columbus, Ohio. She was a descendant of Levi Harrod, the brother of James Harrod and one of the original settlers of Harrodsburg. She studied at Claremont College and Stanford University, and also authored "Master Bridge Builders: The Story of the Roeblings," and "Man of Courage: The Story of Edward L. Trudeau."
