The U.S. Congress, and the U.S. Senate have both become fifty percent black, and they have managed to get a Negro into the White House as the Vice President, and the President is frightened that they will kill him to make the Negro Vice President the next President of the United States. The Negros finally gain control of the Country, and Jack Mc Corrick finds himself stuck in the middle of a civil war with Jamie at his side all the way to the end.
