After graduating from a prestigious cooking school, TSUJI Culinary Institute, she taught classes there for 12 years while developing many professionals not only at TSUJI group schools all over the world but also the 3-star restaurant, Georges Blanc, in France. She works as a cooking consultant/food education instrucor now, introducing numerous recopies on magazines and newspapers, and appearing on TV programs. She has many well-received books published.
