Takao Sebata is a professor and the dean of the Graduate School of Global Communication at the University of Nagasaki, Siebold Campus, Japan. He holds a doctoral degree in international relations from the University of Denver, and specializes in United States-Japan relations including Japanese defense and security, United States foreign policy, and international relations in Northeast Asia.
