Tim Causer is a senior research fellow at the Bentham Project, UCL Faculty of Laws. He is the editor of Memorandoms by James Martin. Margot Finn is professor of modern British history at UCL and former president of the Royal Historical Society. She is the author of The Character of Credit: Personal Debit in English Culture, c. 1740-1914. Philip Schofield is director of the Bentham Project, UCL Faculty of Laws, and general editor of the new authoritative edition of The Collected Works of Jeremy Bentham. He is the author of Bentham: A Guide for the Perplexed.
