Gloria Smith has an A.A. degree from St. Petersburg Community College.

She has a B. A. degree from St. Leo University. Gloria has attended Emory University Theology School classes to prepare to teach in church schools. She has taught children in Public schools and church schools. And she has taught Literacy classes to children and adults. In retirement, Gloria continues to mentor children, helping them with reading and math at local community schools.
