The Doctor of Ministry project explores the impact of short, daily, mission-focused formation experiences on employees of Mercy Health outpatient facilities. These initiatives aim to enhance employees' commitment to living out the values of compassion and service, fostering personal growth and contributing to the Kingdom of God through their dedicated care for all individuals. Evidence from a pre- and post-program survey indicates significant positive growth among participants in understanding and embodying the mission and core values, particularly the inherent dignity of every person, within their workplace.
