Betty Biank has a master's degree in community counseling and is a licensed professional counselor. In her years of counseling she was also an elder abuse investigator and an addiction counselor. She taught as a licensed Montessori preschool teacher for 6 years and a Learning Disability teacher in the Chicago public school system. Betty and her husband have been faithfully married for forty-two years. She has four grown children and delights in her seven grandchildren. Betty says she gets the inspiration for her Christian poetry during her prayer time.
