C. Jenkins was born in the North and raised in the Midwest, with family primarily from the Southeast, and is a member of the Cherokee Nation in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She is a licensed mental health practitioner (LMHP) and a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and holds a PhD in Social Psychology. Ms. Jenkins enjoys walks in nature and reading old books of various genres, fiction and nonfiction alike. C. Jenkins began writing due to her insightful thoughts about life as it resonated with her inner being. Jezereal A Woman's Life Memoirs is book one of many and only the beginning of her journey as an author.
