This book is based on research conducted in an agri-food company located in Yaoundé, Cameroon, which processes wheat and sells manufactured products. The study focuses on the influence of job satisfaction on employee retention. The objective of this Master's thesis was to show the impact of job satisfaction on the retention of workers in an SME. The link between job satisfaction and retention being established, suggestions concerning remuneration, interprofessional relations and career management were formulated, in order to produce, through their implementation, the expected feeling of satisfaction among employees, thus contributing to their retention and their commitment to the company.
