In the present study, the teacher educators working in College of Education under BEd and MEd level of teaching members as sample of size of 130. It is found that the gender, nature of institution and educational qualification of teacher educators differ significantly in their occupational stress and locality of institution, teaching level, family structure and teaching experience in years of teacher educators do not differ significantly in their occupational stress. It is found that there is no significant relationship between job satisfaction and occupational stress of the teacher educators.
