In the present study, the teacher educators working in College of Education under BEd and MEd level of teaching members as sample of size of 130. Tools Used For the Present Study is Job Satisfaction by Dr. Brayfield and Rothe(1951) and Occupational Stress by Dr. A.K. Srivastav & Dr. A.P. Singh. Result found that the gender, nature of institution, locality of institution, teaching level and family structure of teacher educators differ significantly in their job satisfaction and educational qualification and teaching experience un years of teacher educators do not differ significantly in their job satisfaction. It is found that the gender, nature of institution and educational qualification of teacher educators differ significantly in their occupational stress and locality of institution, teaching level, family structure and teaching experience in years of teacher educators do not differ significantly in their occupational stress. It is found that there is no significant relationship between job satisfaction and occupational stress of the teacher educators.
