Dr. Ram Chander(11-4-1972)got his M.A.(Public Adm),IDCA, M. Lib.& I.Sc.(KUK)& Ph.D. in Lib.& I.Sc from Sambalpur Univ, Orissa.He has organized several National Conferences in Lib.& I Sc. He is life member of ILA, SLA, IASLIC and DLA.He wrote 5 books and 25 papers. Presently he is Librarian of Aggarwal College(FBD). He is editor of IJLIM (Journal).
