The findings show that harmony and cooperation among coworkers, sufficient working facilities, doing challenging job, feeling of accomplishment on the job and competency of mangers/supervisors in decision making were influencing job satisfaction. The study also found that the least satisfying factors were fair reward for the amount of work done, compensation based on qualification, fair promotion procedures andrecognition for doing good job. The study recommends that NSSF should provide compensation based on qualification considering what other organizations are offering.
