JS of the librarians, who have an important place in the information society, will affect the quality of the service they render. The JS is the condition of establishing an healthy organizational environment in an organization. JS is critical to the retention and recruitment of college librarians. JS is achieved when the employees are satisfied with certain factors related to their job such as the style of management, the work culture and the teamwork empowerment. To study the extent of JS Level of Librarians in Arts, Commerce & Science Colleges affiliated with BAMU. To identify the needs and requirements of College Librarians. Find out the JS Level of College Librarians. The Jurisdiction of BAMU is restricted to Jalna, Aurangabad, Beed & Osmanabad districts. Present study includes 149 Arts, Commerce & Science colleges. Out of them one was Government college while other 148 colleges were private aided and unaided.
