Author has done his Bachelors Degree BBA(hons) from Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar and Masters Degree MBA(HR) from Bahria University Islamabad Pakistan. Currently he is working with The World Bank Islamabad. His career mainly revolves around Human Resource and specifically focuses on the Conflict Management and Leadership aspect of HR.
