Work is an important aspect of people s lives and most people spend large part of their lives at work. Undoubtedly, clear understanding of the factors involved in job stress is pertinent to improving the well being of academic staff.

He holds M.B.B.CH (Calabar), EDP, MBA, M.Phil (Bus.Admin), Ph.D. (Business Administration) all from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is happily married with children.
