Autorenporträt
Joan Virden lives in Reno, Nevada where most of her stories take place. She has bred Arabian horses for twenty-five years, but now enjoys a quieter life with her four Shih Tzus, and her part shepherd, part wolf dog. Her other books include "Flame in the Desert", "Cry of the Eagle", (a sequel to Flame in the Desert"), and a new book soon to be out in print, "Tahoe Blue".
