Dr. Elizabeth ("Itsy") Tharp Jones is a descendent of Jennette Reid Tandy and, like her, a citizen of Vevay, Indiana. She earned a Doctorate in Administrative Leadership, leading to a long personal history of public service, including as Superintendent of Schools for Switzerland County, Indiana, and as a member and President of the Switzerland County Council.
