The purpose of the study was to investigate the difference of selected kinematic variables in cross court drop shot of Badminton between Intermediate and advance player The subjects for the study were total ten [N=10], five [N=5] male intermediate and five [N=5] advance badminton players of Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education, Gwalior, who had the good command on the particular skill. The mean age, height and weight was 19±.75 years, 169.9±4.55 cm and 63.4±6.55kg respectively. Videography technique was employed in order to register the performance of the subjects in performing skill cross court Drop Shot. The Nikon D- 3100 camera was used with the frequency of 30 frames per second and the subjects were video graphed in horizontal plane (sagittal plane) from the right side. Each subject was given three trails and the best trail was used for analysis. The selected phases were taken out from the video by using Kenova 8.23 software. Through the software angle of hip joint, angle of knee joint, angle of ankle joint, angle of shoulder joint, angle of elbow joint centre of mass is found out From the photographic sequence.
