This book identifies the main issues affecting Jordanian women managers in relation to gender stereotype, management, work-life, tokenism and old boy network, and glass ceiling, in addition to exploration of strategies that women consider important for their advancement as well as the barriers they face in the workplace. Results from the study showed many issues and barriers confronted Jordanian women managers and hindered their career advancement. Findings revealed that Jordanian women are less represented in the senior managerial positions in the healthcare sector in Jordan.

Currently works as the Associate Administrator for Public Relations and Follow up at a well known health organization in Jordan. She holds two Bachelor degrees from reputable universities and a Masters degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom where she passed with a Merit. This is her first book.
